About This Product

■Product overview

A vacuum ultraviolet deuterium light source for 115-370nm irradiation. It is designed to be connected directly to a vacuum chamber and can be used without worrying about absorption by oxygen in the air in the UV wavelength range. Since it is a completely air-cooled type and comes with a small dedicated power supply as standard, it is very easy to handle and can be installed at any angle. It can also be directly attached to the company's vacuum ultraviolet spectrometer.

■Features

・Irradiation wavelength range 115-370nm (In the case of a general deuterium light source, wavelengths of 190nm or less are absorbed by atmospheric oxygen during light transmission, but in the case of this product, wavelengths in the VUVUV range are efficiently used. ) ・Complete air cooling type (N2 purge unnecessary) ・30W deuterium lamp with built-in dedicated housing ・Can be connected directly to a vacuum chamber with MgF2 window ・Small power supply included (19 inch half rack size) ・Unlimited irradiation angle (housing installation angle)
