About This Product

■Product overview

The LED solar simulator manufactured by G2V OPTICS in Canada is a light source device that controls up to 32 types of LED channels to reproduce and irradiate a simulated sunlight spectrum distribution. The LED intensity of multiple wavelengths can be controlled like an ``equalizer'' in an audio device to reproduce various wavelength spectral distributions. The long-life LED element (10,000 to 100,000 hours) ensures stable light irradiation for a longer period of time compared to a light source device that uses a general xenon lamp + air mass filter. It has been used in more than 40 countries and positions around the world, and is used in many university laboratories and corporate manufacturing sites. The pico series for small area irradiation has a lightweight and compact air-cooled head with an effective irradiation area of 2.5 x 2.5 mm, making it ideal for evaluating solar electronic devices. The standard effective irradiation area of the sunbrick series for large area irradiation is 20 x 20 cm, but by connecting several units together, it can also be used to evaluate larger area solar panels. Both devices are compliant with standards Class AAA (irradiation illuminance location unevenness, irradiance illuminance temporal fluctuation rate, spectrum matching @1SUN, AM1.5G) (IEC60904-9:2020, ASTM E927-19, JIS 8904) -9:2017). The irradiation wavelength range can be selected from 400 to 1,100 nm, 350 to 1,100 nm, 400 to 1,500 nm, and 350 to 1,500 nm (specified at the time of order).

■Other features

・"LED Equalizer": Up to 32 types of LED control ・Recruitment results in 40 countries around the world (universities, public institutions, private companies)
