About This Product

■Product overview of ultraviolet solar simulator for SPF/PA testing

The ultraviolet solar simulator for SPF/PA testing (manufactured by USHIO) simulates the UVA (Ⅰ, Ⅱ) and UVA + UVB rays contained in natural sunlight, and has been tested in human clinical trials to produce sunscreen cosmetics and sunscreen products. This is a tool that evaluates general cosmetic materials and products that contain anti-inflammatory ingredients, and supports product development and performance improvement. Sunscreen cosmetics are labeled with "SPF" and "PA," and the tests to determine these display values ​​are standardized by ISO. This device complies with the two types of standards listed above: "ISO 24444" and "ISO 24442." The light intensity of the 6 optical fiber cables can be adjusted independently, and the light output can be easily set to 6 or 3 x 2 using a special attachment.
