About This Product

■Laser pumping wavelength tunable light source TLS-EQ series Product overview

The laser-excited wavelength tunable light source (Energetiq, manufactured by A HAMAMATSU Company) is a continuously tunable wavelength light source designed with an integrated spectrometer based on Energetiq's proprietary laser-excited plasma light source. Compared to wavelength tunable light sources based on conventional lamp light sources, they are highly stable, have high brightness, and have a long lifespan. Two types of models are available: TLS-EQ equipped with EQ-77 (ultra-high brightness diffused irradiation specification) and TLS-EQ-9 equipped with EQ-9 (diffuse irradiation specification, OEM model).

The laser excitation technology that is the basic principle of this product is a patented technology owned by EQ. The related patent numbers are as follows. (US 7435982, 7786455, 8525138, 8969841, 9048000, 9185786; Japan 5410958, 5628253; Korea 10-1507617; UK GB2450045.)
