About This Product

■Product overview

The LDC500 series laser diode controller is a laser diode (LD) controller equipped with a highly stable temperature controller and low noise current source. The LD current source can output up to 100mA (LDC500), 500mA (LDC501), or 2A (LDC502) and operates in CC (constant current) or CP (constant power) mode. The temperature controller has a maximum output of 36W and operates in CC (constant current) or CT (constant temperature) mode.

・100mA, 500mA or 2A low noise current source ・Low drift (< 10ppm/℃) ・1.2MHz modulation ・CC (constant current) and CP (constant output) mode switching ・GPIB, RS232 and Ethernet interfaces

■Temperature controller

・36W output ・High stability 0.0005℃/℃ ・Compatible with thermistor, RTD and IC sensors ・Automatic adjustment by PID control
