■Product overview

The laser has excellent beam quality, average power (80W@1,064nm (IR), 40W@532nm, 30W@355nm (UV)), pulse energy (200μJ @ 1,064nm, 100μJ@532nm, 75μJ@355nm) and high repetition rate. Frequency (up to 1MHz) These features enable high-precision and high-throughput processing. A variety of microfabrication tasks can be performed, including cutting and drilling LCD or OLED displays, laser-induced transfer (LIFT), glass and sapphire processing, carbide micromachining, silicon scribing, and solar cell scribing. For industrial high-power UV lasers, system reliability and cost performance are important. Atlantic UV's optics are optimized for use in the UV range and exhibit high stability. It also has a guaranteed operating time of 8,000 hours. In addition, by adding the 2-in-1 optional function, it can be used in both picosecond and nanosecond modes. This optional feature is suitable for processing materials such as glass and ceramics. Superior laser control features allow variable repetition frequency and pulse energy, as well as external pulse synchronization. Optimization can be performed according to processing requirements. It also has a position synchronization output (PSO) for polygon scanners.
