About This Product

■Won the Prizm Award at the 2024 international conference SPIE

EKSPLA's FemtoLux30 received the Prizm Award for the most outstanding optical/photonics product at the international conference SPIE.

■Won the gold medal at Laser Focus World in 2022

Received the Gold Award at the 2022 Laser Focus World Innovators Award. Laser Focus World The Innovators Award recognizes unique and innovative technology products. EKSPLA's Femto Lux-30 was recognized for its unique dry cooling feature and the benefits it brings to the user.

■New feature GHz burst option Long/short compatible

The unique AFL burst formation technology* allows us to overcome many of the limitations faced with other lasers. Highly versatile, this technology has the following advantages: ・Any burst interval can be achieved without depending on the repetition frequency of the main oscillator. ・Pulse interval within GHz burst is constant ・Supports both short burst (~10ns) and long burst (~20ns to several hundred ns) ・The amplitude envelope of GHz burst can be adjusted arbitrarily. ・Pre-pulse, post-pulse free ・Maintain ultra-short pulse within burst *Patent pending

■New feature High precision pulse on demand (PoD) option

・Low jitter of less than 20ns enables consistent equidistant pulse spacing in high-speed micromachining ・Adjustable repetition frequency allows for complex shapes ・Increased processing speed and productivity The PoD feature allows you to precisely control laser pulses and fire them only when needed instead of at a constant rate for higher efficiency, precision, and quality. This feature is especially valuable in a variety of micromachining applications where high speed machining, constant energy, and precision are essential. To follow fast, complex curves and maintain evenly spaced pulses, the pulse repetition rate must be adjusted with high precision.
