About This Product

■Extreme ultraviolet (EUV) ultrashort pulse light source Pantheon Overview

Light in the extreme ultraviolet region is used for various measurements such as nanoscale imaging, ultrafast magnetization dynamics, photoelectron spectroscopy, and semiconductor lithography, and is an important spectral region in spectroscopic experiments and industry. With the introduction of Phantheon™, it will be possible to utilize extreme ultraviolet ultrashort pulse light in the laboratory, which can be applied to various spectroscopic experiments such as angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy (ARPES) and coherent diffraction imaging. Pantheon™'s outstanding stability also eliminates the hassle of laser operation and adjustment, allowing you to focus more on your research. KM Labs' Phantheon™ platform is an ultrashort pulse extreme ultraviolet light source that integrates everything from the components necessary to generate extreme ultraviolet light to the optical system that guides the extreme ultraviolet light into experimental equipment. Phantheon™ generates light with a pulse width in the femtosecond range at a repetition rate of 10kHz. This pulsed light is a highly focused beam with a coherence equivalent to that of a laser beam. Extreme ultraviolet light is generated by high-order harmonics of an ultrashort pulse laser with a wavelength of 800 nm as a fundamental wave. Phantheon™ is equipped with an optical element in the beamline to remove the fundamental wave, allowing only the generated extreme ultraviolet light to be used in experimental equipment. The separated fundamental wave can be used for other experiments or as pump light for IR/EUV pump/probe measurements.
