■High-efficiency high-order harmonic generation system XUUS Overview

Highly efficient high-order harmonic generation system This system is capable of efficiently generating high-order harmonics ranging from the extreme ultraviolet to soft X-ray regions, and significantly reduces gas consumption compared to conventional methods of generating high-order harmonics. In addition, when combined with a photoelectronic analyzer from Germany's SPECS, which we handle, it is possible to construct a state-of-the-art "time-resolved ARPES system."

The product "Extreme Ultraviolet (EUV) Ultrashort Pulse Light Source Panthenon," which combines this system with the next-generation ultrashort pulse Ti:sapphire amplifier RAEA, enables the generation of EUV light (extreme ultraviolet light)* on a tabletop. It is also possible to construct an extreme ultraviolet beam line by combining it with ultrashort pulse lasers from other companies.

It is used for various measurements such as photoelectron spectroscopy and nanoscale imaging, and is also an important spectral region in industry, primarily in semiconductor lithography.
