About This Product

■Product overview

The UltraFlux HR Series is a compact, highly repetitive, tunable femtosecond laser system that incorporates a dual-output fiber laser, a diode-pumped solid-state laser, and optical parametric chirped pulse amplification (OPCPA*) technology. The new technology OPCPA front end uses a dual-output picosecond fiber laser to seed a pumping picosecond DPSS laser and a femtosecond parametric amplifier that outputs broadband pulses. This eliminates the need to synchronize the excitation light and seed light, making the jitter of each virtually zero, greatly simplifying the system. Furthermore, the temporal contrast of the output pulses on the picosecond to nanosecond time scale is significantly improved. The UltraFlux series laser systems have a modular internal design that allows for high customization and easy expansion. All of these systems can be customized to meet customer requirements by adding custom specifications and multi-channels. The combination of optical parametric chirped pulse amplification technology and a new long-short pulse fiber laser brings to market a new tool for femtosecond pump probes, nonlinear spectroscopy, higher harmonic generation experiments, and other femtosecond and nonlinear spectroscopy. It was successful. Lasers incorporating this new technology, OPCPA, make ultrafast lasers more accessible to photonics laboratories than ever before.

■What is OPCPA?

Short for optical parametric chirped pulse amplification, it provides higher output power than traditional Ti:sapphire, superior temporal contrast, and wide bandwidth.
