■Product overview

The compact flashlamp pumped Q-switched Nd:YAG laser NL300 series is a laser that emits high energy up to 1200 mJ@1064nm with a pulse width of 3~6 ns and a repetition rate of 5Hz, despite its compact laser head. The pulse energy stability is very stable at less than 1% StDev. Additionally, lamp replacement is easy and can be done without misalignment. In addition, the harmonic generator is an independent type that can be easily removed, and you can select up to the 5th harmonic of 213 nm.

■Various harmonic generators and attenuators

The harmonic generator has a modular design and can be easily replaced depending on the required wavelength. We have temperature-controlled nonlinear crystal modules, dichroic mirror modules that separate harmonics, and more, and you can use them in combination depending on your application. There is also an attenuator module (attenuator) that can adjust the pulse energy. This makes it possible to vary pulse energy without reducing stability.
