About This Product

■Summary

It maintains the reliability of conventional high-vacuum valves while enabling pressure control that enables a wide variety of processes.

■Slow exhaust control possible

Achieves gentle exhaust at a constant rate compared to general ON/OFF vacuum valves and two-stage exhaust vacuum valves.

■Addition of pressure control function

Added pressure control function based on highly reliable vacuum valve. No regulator or variable leak is required to adjust the pressure in vacuum. By adopting a poppet valve system, the O-ring seal structure achieves the fully closed operation that butterfly valves are not good at.

■Easy maintenance

Valve and electrical parts can be maintained separately.
