About This Product

■Summary

This is a regulator that can stabilize pressure fluctuations in the chemical solution/pure water supply section using pilot air control. In combination with an electro-pneumatic regulator, it is also possible to change the set pressure by remote control.

■High precision and fast response

Diaphragm structure provides high precision pressure stability and high speed response. Improved displacement characteristics due to flow path structure with few stagnation parts. All wetted parts are made of fluororesin for high cleanliness and high corrosion resistance.

■Pressure fluctuation reduction

Pulsation from the diaphragm pump can be suppressed. It is also possible to change the set pressure remotely depending on the product or recipe.

■Added small size lineup

Space-saving type PMP002Series has been added to the connection size 1/4" and 3/8".
