About This Product

■Summary

A new standard type manual valve for chemical liquids. This is a high-end product that can handle a wide range of pressure, temperature, and fluid conditions. Reliability has been improved with new mechanisms such as a tightening prevention mechanism and a malfunction prevention lock ring.

■Expanded working pressure range

The working pressure range has been expanded compared to the conventional part 2 series. Common operating pressure for A and B ports.

■Expanded operating temperature range

Compatible with high temperatures by reviewing the materials.

■Compatible with various chemical solutions with standard specifications

By using fluororesin PVDF, which has excellent chemical resistance, in the actuator, it can be used in a wide range of applications, regardless of whether it is acid or alkali, without having to use different model numbers.

■Prevention of seal damage

Handle with anti-tightening mechanism: CKD's original structure minimizes the risk of seal damage due to handle movement.

■Malfunction prevention

Lock ring: Lock mechanism and cover mechanism prevent unintentional opening and closing.

■Manifold construction

Realizes a space-saving layout.
