About This Product

■Summary

This index unit uses a roller gear cam in which the input and output shafts are orthogonal. Achieves high-accuracy, high-speed, and high-cycle positioning. Index operation and oscillation operation can be selected.

■Accurate positioning and high reliability

Positions with high precision and securely maintains the stopped position with a mechanical lock while stopped.

■High motion characteristics

Smooth acceleration/deceleration motion by the cam enables high-speed, high-cycle operation.

■Synchronized operation with general-purpose motors possible

A general-purpose motor is used as the power source, and synchronized operation with multiple axes or other mechanisms is possible. Additionally, timing signals from proximity switches can be detected by attaching a detection cam to the input shaft.

■Two motions can be selected

Continuously moves and stops at a predetermined angle around the output shaft. Index operation and oscillation operation can be selected.
