About This Product

■Summary

The fine buffer and motor are integrated to perform rotational alignment and buffer operation.

■Added compatible motors

Added a motor equipped with a battery-less absolute sensor. The origin position can be determined without a sensor dog.

■Soft touch, low dust generation, long life

Adopts magnetic spring buffer mechanism. Pressing force is constant regardless of stroke. Also, there is no metal contact, resulting in low dust generation and long life.

■Rotational runout accuracy less than 0.01mm

Built-in ball shaft achieves rotational runout accuracy of 0.01mm or less.

■Easy piping

Vacuum piping can be done from the front of the body, making it easy to handle.

■Space saving

Width/pitch 20mm. Small size and manifold possible.

■Prevents step-out

Adopts anti-rotation mechanism of bearing and guide groove. High accuracy: Suppresses shaft runout and achieves high return position accuracy.
