About This Product

■Summary

Waterproof remote I/O compatible with digital input/output, analog input/output, and IO-Link master. It is possible to add up to 18 units. Diagnostic information (overcurrent, short circuits, errors, etc.) can be obtained, contributing to the development of IoT devices. Supported communications: EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, IO-Link (as a network between the IO-Link master unit and lower IO-Link devices)

■Push-in terminal block unit

・No special tools required. Ideal for wiring thin sensor cables such as cylinder switches. - Equipped with a common terminal block for each contact. (No separate preparation required for common terminal block) ・32 digital input/output points (NPN/PNP model number selection) ・Supports disconnection detection

■WebAPI slave station added Japan limited sale

Added WebAPI slave station that can be controlled directly from a PC or panel computer. Industrial sensors and actuators can be controlled directly from a PC. If you want to reduce the amount of time required to program your PC, we recommend linking with our device visual programming tool (ExiaStudio).

■Selectable communication

- Added PROFINET. (February 2024) ・EtherNet/IP, EtherCAT, PROFINET, IO-Link (as a network between the IO-Link master unit and lower IO-Link devices)

■Compatible with global standards

・CE, RoHS, UKCA, UL ・June 2023: UL certification added

■Maximum connectable units 18 units

Can be used in combination with the required units. A power supply unit can be added according to the power supply requirements of the sensor connected to remote I/O.

■Features

・Count as connected units: digital input/output, analog input/output, IO-Link master ・Do not count as connected units: power supply, end unit - Number of slave station input/output points: 512 bytes (4096 points) *Total input/output value.

■Waterproof remote I/OIP65/67

Adopts M12 connector and M8 connector. Since no control panel is required, control panel costs can be reduced.
