About This Product

■Summary

A compact electro-pneumatic regulator with a width of 30 mm that is compact, lightweight, and high performance. Ideal for pilot regulator control, various pressure controls, and slow speed cylinder control in the semiconductor and precision mounting fields.

■Improved performance and added variations

・Resolution increase 0.1%F.S. or less → 0.05%F.S. or less ・Added pressure variations - 100kPa (negative pressure), 200kPa (medium pressure), 900kPa (high pressure)

■Small size

30 x 39 x 57.1 (width x height x length). Contributes to downsizing of equipment due to its small size and light weight.

■High precision

Controls fluid pressure with high precision and fast response using electrical signals.

■Displays operating status in two colors

The 2-color display operation indicator shows green when the set pressure is present, and red when the pressure is out of setting or in the event of an error.

■Easy piping and wiring work

Air piping: One-touch fittings, electrical wiring: M12 fittings, making piping and wiring work easy.
