Multi-fit for various fluids. The functions required of a fluid control valve are consolidated into one body. Reliability is further improved by standard equipment with functions required for various applications, and one series can handle a wide variety of fluids. Additionally, we contribute to carbon neutrality by reducing waste through longer lifespans and reducing CO2 emissions through power savings. 39 standard products can be shipped in as little as one day. We also support short delivery times.
■Improved corrosion resistance and achieved high durability of 20 million times (under our test conditions)
Highly corrosion-resistant material is used for the plunger and flare pipe, and dezincified brass material is used for the brass body. The integrated structure of the plunger and wear ring provides the same durability even with dry air as with regular air. Additionally, the flare pipe is integrally molded, eliminating the need for welding.
■Coil with full wave rectifier (AC type)
Prevents coil burnout due to overcurrent and saves power. Reduces the humming noise peculiar to AC current, achieving a wattage reduction from 11W to 4.5W. (60% reduction compared to our company: valve size 3)
■ Adopts pressure-resistant container structure
Reduces the risk of external leakage. The flow path is not exposed when replacing the coil, reducing the risk of external leakage.
■Quiet structure
Reduces metallic noise. Can be used safely even in quiet environments such as medical facilities and laboratories.
■High degree of installation freedom
The coil rotates 360 degrees. Demonstrates flexible installation in a variety of installation locations. Make effective use of narrow spaces, such as installing near walls. Can be used flexibly when expanding lines.
■Improved maintainability
The coil can be attached and detached with one touch using a clip. The coil part and core part are not screwed together, making it easy to attach and detach the coil part.
