About This Product

■Summary

Easily separates and purifies high-purity nitrogen from compressed air, which is required for oxidation prevention and explosion-proof applications. You can now select "Horizontal installation" which has improved the freedom of installation. In addition, it can now be used in a wide range of nitrogen concentrations from 90% to 99.9%. Select the optimal model from a lineup of 25 models with 17 flow rates, and constantly monitor the nitrogen supply status with an in-line oxygen concentration meter and flow meter.

■Improved freedom in installation and design

New lineup includes "horizontal installation". Improved ease of use, including installation in dead spaces and built-in equipment.

■Improved degree of freedom in concentration

Newly usable from 90% nitrogen concentration. Easy to use even in applications where the supply nitrogen concentration is low.

■Easy purification

Easily purify nitrogen gas without using cylinders or large equipment. Nitrogen-enriched gas is extracted using a hollow fiber separation membrane that allows oxygen to easily pass through.

■More compact and easier with three “savings”

Piping saving: Can be installed near the equipment, eliminating the need for long piping work. Save man-hours and space: We propose the optimal system according to the required flow rate. Contributes to saving man-hours and space.

■Easy maintenance

There is no need to manage, replace, or replenish the remaining amount of cylinders. Reduce costs just by using the electricity bill for the air compressor. Parts can be replaced while piping is installed.

■A rich lineup

You can select the most suitable model from a total of 25 types in the lineup.

■Easy to monitor flow rate

Lineup of flow sensors exclusively for NSU. Capable of constantly monitoring nitrogen gas flow rate.

■Oxygen concentration meter connection

In-line oxygen concentration meter PNA series can be connected.
