About This Product

■Summary

One-touch fitting for pneumatic piping. Compact size that saves space. A flame-retardant type with a white body that provides a comfortable working environment and fits the equipment.

■Compact size

A V-shaped packing is used for the tube insertion seal. Achieves smooth insertion and reliable sealing. The elbow union type is rotatable, making piping work and piping removal work easy. The white body fits a comfortable working environment, and the brass parts are electroless nickel plated. Flame-retardant resin (equivalent to UL94 standard V-0) is used for the body and push ring.

■One-touch installation

Tube connection to piping fittings is a one-touch method, just insert the tube. V-shaped packing is used to seal the joint with the tube. Can be inserted with precise seal and light force.

■Highly reliable holding power

When the chuck fitting acts in the direction in which the tube comes out, biting occurs.

■Easy to remove the tube

Since the push ring pushes the chuck open evenly, the chuck is completely removed from the tube, allowing for smooth removal.

■Applying sealant to threads is standard.

The threaded part is coated with Teflon resin. No need to wrap seal tape, reducing man-hours. The seal is uniform and there is no need to worry about leaks.
