About This Product

■Summary

Received the 2016 Good Design Award and the 2018 iF Design Award. It is possible to manage the flow rate scale and quantify the cylinder speed. A rotating needle with linear flow characteristics is used. In addition, a push-lock system is used to secure the needle, and the dial display can be viewed from the front and back, allowing anyone to easily adjust it.

■Inline type added

In-line type added to DSC series. Lineup includes standard flow rate, low flow rate, and micro flow rate types.

■Industry's smallest size (compact type)

A new compact type compatible with M5 has been added to the conventional standard type (R1/8~R1/2). Can be installed on the cylinder without interfering with the cylinder's ground surface.

■Achieve more detailed quantification (compact type)

Dial display in 0.5 increments allows for more detailed quantification. You can feel the "click" feedback at your fingertips when turning the knob, making it easy to adjust the memory even in places where you can't see it visually.

■Linear flow characteristics

The optimal design of the needle section achieves linear flow characteristics proportional to the needle rotation speed. There is little variation in flow rate, and cylinder speed can be easily set and changed.

■Easy adjustment work

A push-lock method is used to secure the needle. Eliminates needle movement during locking and achieves reliable locking. Easy operation makes adjustments easy for anyone.
