■Summary
Compatible with all types of small 3 port valve applications. (Air operated valve/cylinder drive, suction conveyance, air blow, etc.) There are 3QE/Z series for positive pressure only, 3QB series for positive and negative pressure, and 3QR series for large flow rate for positive and negative pressure.
■Environmental (3QE/3QZ series)
Not only is it highly durable, it also provides stable responsiveness by preventing malfunctions and foreign objects from getting caught. Reduces heat generation and reduces power consumption.
■Maintainability (3QE/3QZ series)
Ease of use and high maintainability are achieved with the upper and horizontal common wiring connectors and manual equipment. Can be powered continuously. (Optional)
