About This Product

■Summary

This is a balancer unit that can operate heavy objects of approximately 300 kg with a small amount of force. Even if the weight of each workpiece to be transported changes, it automatically recognizes this and maintains the optimal balance.

■Light operating force/high operability

It is possible to operate heavy objects weighing up to 285 kg with little force. Ensures worker safety in workplaces where heavy objects are handled. It is possible to transport heavy objects with a feeling similar to that of a human hand, rather than the stiff movements of conventional inching.

■No adjustment required even if the workpiece changes (BBS-A type)

Switch to the optimal state with a single button without having to make any troublesome adjustments.

■Easy balance just by flipping a switch (BBS-O type)

Just make one adjustment to match the jig and workpiece. When in use, you can standby by simply flipping a switch.

■Equipped with safety-conscious brakes as standard equipment

Equipped with a brake to prevent the workpiece from falling or jumping up after returning, even if the air source is cut off.

■Compatible with all-air method

Compatible with all-air method that does not require electricity. Can be used even in atmospheres that require explosion protection.
