About This Product

■Summary

3-jaw type ideal for cylindrical and round shaped workpieces. The UR certified gripper is a pneumatic gripper customized for Universal Robots' collaborative robots. Easy installation with a dedicated common flange and tool-less replacement with a clamp ring, and the included UR certified plug-in software greatly reduces teaching time. Equipped with an edgeless resin cover and an LED indicator lamp that can be viewed 360°, it is highly safe and will support the introduction of collaborative robots by all customers.

■Can be installed on the robot in just 2 minutes

・Attach a special flange to the robot. ・Turn the clamp ring and install the gripper. ・Wiring connector connection. The installation is now complete.

■Gripper can be replaced without tools

By using a robot flange common to all series, setup changes can be completed by simply replacing the gripper. The gripper can be replaced without tools, and is designed to be as simple as turning the clamp ring by hand.

■Teaching time reduced to 1/10

UniversalRobots authentication software "CKDPneumaticGripper" can significantly reduce teaching time with simple setting procedures and intuitive operation. (A USB memory containing the software is included with the product.)

■High safety that supports collaborative work

Achieves high safety with edgeless resin cover and 360° visible indicator lamp.

■Total support for air systems

Optional directional control valve set. CKD also offers a variety of other air equipment necessary for gripper drive.
