■Summary
A single guide type rotary clamp cylinder that saves space by combining rotational and linear motion. The overall length is significantly shorter than the conventional double guide type (RCC2 series), which is highly rated for its high rigidity. Single guide type and double guide type can be used depending on the shape of the clamp lever and cylinder operating speed.
■Combination of rotational motion and linear motion
The clamp lever rotates 90° when unclamping, so it does not get in the way of setting or removing workpieces, allowing for a compact equipment design.
■Simple structure that saves space
Adopts a single guide structure with one guide groove on the piston rod. The overall length is significantly shortened compared to the conventional double guide (RCC2) structure.
■High maintainability
In addition to the packing kit, the guide pin that receives the most load can also be replaced. Repairs by customers and preventive maintenance through regular maintenance can be easily carried out.

As standard, the rod tip is machined to have a width on all four sides, making it easy to determine the direction of the clamp lever. Furthermore, the clamp lever can be purchased as an option, contributing to reducing the customer's man-hours.

A rod side spigot is standard, and a head side spigot can be selected as an option. A friendly design that reduces centering time when replacing cylinders and improves productivity.
