About This Product

■Summary

This is a rotary actuator that allows accurate positioning by simply attaching the load directly, without the need to separately install bearings or brackets. Since you can easily create an index table device, it reduces design and assembly man-hours, contributing to the simplification of production equipment and increased production efficiency.

■Simplification of production equipment

The index table mechanism, which is constructed by combining multiple parts, can be replaced with a single ABSODEX. Contributes to the simplification of production equipment by reducing the number of parts and design man-hours, and is space-saving, sensorless, and maintenance-free.

■Suitable for various uses

Three types of actuators are available to choose from depending on your application. For small parts assembly and inspection: AX1R series (high precision type). P&P, assembly use: AX2R series (high speed rotation type). Assembly/transportation use: AX4R series (standard type)

■Flexible operation

Extensive program creation functions allow you to achieve desired operations. Since the operation can be easily changed, it can flexibly respond to changes in equipment and line specifications. Reuse (reuse) is also possible.

■New miniaturized driver

The driver volume is reduced by up to 50% compared to conventional models, contributing to space savings on control panels. USB mini-B is used for connection with the setting PC. The network supports CC-Link, EtherCAT, and EtherNet/IP.

■Anyone can use it right away

Added a function that allows you to easily create programs using the mouse. Easy startup with PC setting software that anyone can use.
