This is an electric actuator that can be used with confidence in a variety of environments and processes. Variations are available for use in dusty environments, low dust environments, secondary battery manufacturing processes, and food manufacturing processes. Additionally, actuators can be custom-made to meet customer requests.
This model is compact and has even higher rigidity using an outer rail type guide. Contributes to equipment space saving by reducing the size of the actuator. Furthermore, when connected to the ECMG series multi-axis controller, the basic performance of the actuator has been significantly improved.

We offer a lineup for dusty environments, low-dust environments, secondary battery manufacturing processes, and food manufacturing processes. Compatible with IP50 for dusty environments.
■Significantly improved performance
When connected to the multi-axis controller ECMG series, the basic performance of the actuator is significantly improved. The payload per speed is up to 5 times higher than before, and the maximum speed is up to 2 times higher. *When connected to multi-axis controller ECMG series
■Compact high rigidity body
The guide uses an outer rail method. The wide guide integrated with the body achieves high rigidity and space saving at the same time.
■Battery-less absolute encoder
Equipped with an absolute encoder that maintains current position information. Battery-less design eliminates the need for battery replacement maintenance.
■Easy installation & maintenance
Can be installed directly from both the top and bottom without disassembling the product. Particularly when installing from the top, a significant reduction in work time is achieved. In addition, there are grease ports on both sides of the main unit that allow direct lubrication from the outside. Ball screws and guides can be maintained by greasing from one location without disassembling the product.

Can be adapted to suit usage conditions, such as changing intermediate strokes and machined hole positions. *Made to order
