About This Product

■Summary

This is a motor-less electric actuator that can be controlled by attaching motors from various manufacturers. Adopting an outer rail system where the body and guide are integrated, we pursue compactness and high rigidity. Equipped with a grease supply port on the outside of the main unit, which allows installation on the top of the main unit, making installation easier and easier to maintain.

■Equipment space saving

The guide that supports the load uses a wide guide "outer rail" that is integrated with the body. In addition, the appropriate design of the slider section achieves both compactness and high rigidity, contributing to space savings in equipment.

■Motors from various companies can be installed.

Brackets are available for servo motors from 12 companies and stepping motors from 3 companies. Can be used with familiar control in combination with a motor provided by the customer. Compatible with each field network.

■Reduction of main body installation man-hours

Can be installed directly from both the top and bottom without removing the cover. Achieves a significant reduction in work time, especially when installing from the top.

■Easy maintenance

Equipped with a grease port on the side of the slider that allows direct lubrication from the outside. The guide and ball screw can be maintained by greasing from one location without disassembling the main body.

■Low dust generation specification option

Achieves a cleanliness level equivalent to class 2.5 (ISO14644-1 standard). Equipped with a suction port to achieve low dust generation. Ideal for transportation in clean environments.
