The coating equipment produced by Nakada Coating was born out of 25 years of production of highly corrosion-resistant coatings. Our production of painting equipment began when we manufactured it ourselves to meet the high demands of our own products. At Nakata Coating, we use our in-house production know-how to design machines that meet the customer's coating requirements, such as what kind of film they want to create. We also offer a series of coating systems.
This is a device that coats the work by rotating the basket containing the work and moving the spray up and down. Film thickness can be easily managed by automatically controlling the timing of spray movement, the rotation speed of the basket, and the amount of spray discharge.
