About This Product

■Using end mill blades shortens cycle time and reduces running costs.The end milling machine uses a special knife to form grooves in the passenger side airbag part of the instrument panel base material made by injection molding, leaving a preset wall thickness. This is a device that efficiently supplies interior parts for airbag doors that can easily and reliably deploy the airbag with the desired deployment force and are highly invisible.

■Achieved repeat production accuracy of ±0.02mm, measuring tool shape with high-performance cameraBy taking pictures of the cutting tool shape before and after processing and automatically managing it, we have achieved high production processing accuracy. If any abnormality (wear or damage) is detected in the cutting tool, the device will issue an immediate warning, making it obvious when it is time to replace it.

■Measurement of machining part using 2D displacement sensorThe processed shape can be measured quickly and accurately using a laser displacement meter. Up to 2,000 measurement results can be saved and can be used for accuracy control and confirmation.

■High precision processing is possible by fixing the workpiece using suction force.By installing and fixing a vacuum device on the mold, there is no shift of the workpiece during processing, and the product can be processed uniformly and with high precision.
