About This Product

■Uses a blade system to shorten cycle time and reduce running costs.

The invisible tear processing machine uses a special knife to form grooves in the passenger side airbag part of the instrument panel skin made of PVC, TPO, TPU, etc., leaving a preset thickness. This is a device that efficiently supplies interior parts for airbag doors that can easily and reliably deploy the airbag with the desired deployment force and are highly invisible. Features

■Cold blade with low wear and tear due to original development

In order to overcome the drawback of cold blades, which were high wear and tear, we developed a special shaped cold blade that can be used over 10,000 times. This makes it possible to perform highly invisible machining at low cost without alteration or deterioration due to heat, which is the advantage of cold blades.

■Measurement of cold blade shape using outer diameter displacement sensor

By detecting the condition of the cold blade before processing, cutting is always performed in good condition. As a result, the accuracy of forming the planned fracture line can be maintained constant. If an abnormality due to wear is detected, the equipment can be stopped and the cold blade replaced quickly.

■ Epidermal fixation using vacuum

By fixing the epidermis to the support using a vacuum device, even complex shapes can be stably fixed in place in a flat state. Since the planned break line is formed on the skin while maintaining a flat state, the planned break line with uniform residual thickness can be formed accurately and quickly.

■Measurement of remaining thickness using a two-dimensional displacement sensor

The remaining thickness of the scheduled break line can be measured accurately and quickly using a displacement sensor. Up to 2,000 measurement results can be saved as data, which is useful for checking the accuracy of residual thickness.
