■Slush molding machine capable of energy saving and high quality molding
This molding machine melts powdered resin using a female mold (nickel electroforming mold) to manufacture the skins of automobile instrument panels, etc.
■Features
- Uniform heating and cooling of the mold prevents distortion and cracks in the mold.
・The weight of the product skin can be reduced by making the board thickness uniform (product weight reduced by 10% compared to other construction methods*)
・Because it is heated with hot air, no mold (electroforming) know-how is required compared to other methods, and it can also be used to create complex shapes.
・Options: automatic mold exchange device, raw material supply device, raw material drying device
*Other methods: oil heating method, fluidized bed method, etc.

・Mold cooling method: Uniform cooling with shower + air blow and time reduction by effective use of vaporization heat

・Uniform plate thickness: Air blows flow powder raw materials to create a uniform surface. Original mechanism improves powder cutting performance (patent pending); sealing surface prevents powder leakage.
・Reduction of color unevenness: Uniform heating by hot air blow control, molding pattern can be set for each mold
