■Function overview
Industrial camera interface CoaXpress V2.0 compliant IP core. CoaXpress uses coaxial cables and delivers performance of 12.5Gbps (effective 10Gbps) per cable, and 50Gbps (effective 40Gbps) using up to 4 cables. The cable can be extended from several tens of meters to 100 meters, allowing you to move the video capture PC away from the camera installation location, increasing the flexibility of equipment installation.
Most parts of the CoaXpress standard are implemented in hardware for the camera-side IP core, and once initial settings are made, images can be sent at high speed just by writing image data. When the receiving IP core receives a stream packet, the image data is extracted by hardware, and the image size, pixel format, etc., is also reflected via registers.

- Supports stream packet transmission, control packet transmission and reception, and trigger reception functions.
- Idle word insertion function allows transmission without a frame buffer.
-Uses a high-speed serializer in the FPGA, allowing for smaller equipment.
- Minimum footprint (approximately 3,500 slices in Artix-7 4-lane configuration) Link speed can be dynamically changed from 1.25Gbps to 12.5Gbps.
・Supports dynamic changes from 1 lane (maximum 12.25Gbps) to 4 lanes (maximum 50Gbps).
