About This Product

■Summary

Generally speaking, when equipment that undergoes wear and tear exceeds its wear limit, its condition rapidly deteriorates and damage occurs in a short period of time. Frequent iron powder concentration measurement is effective for detecting abnormalities and determining wear limits. TF-D is a measuring device that achieves high-accuracy, easy-to-use measurement of abraded iron powder concentration. This single unit can handle lubricating oil and grease.

■Features

- Easily and accurately measure iron powder concentration. ・This sensor is ideal for measuring wear particles because it can measure with high precision even when the size of the wear particles is several microns. ・Simply collect a small amount of material in the attached test tube and set it on the TF-Detector, and the iron powder concentration will be displayed as a digital value. - Accurate measurement is possible even with samples containing a large amount of sludge. ・Grease measurement function has been added from 2020.
