■Features

Inside a ship, there are piping lines where the flow velocity is extremely high and there is a risk of breakage if a protective tube is inserted. This adhesive type sensor was developed to measure the temperature in such places. The ambient temperature of a pipe can be measured by fixing metal fittings around the pipe and installing a sensor designed to be embedded in the metal fitting. Although it cannot measure inside piping where accuracy is required, it is effective in detecting whether low-temperature medium is flowing, such as in loading lines.
