About This Product

■Summary

A booth additive that denatures overspray paint and makes it easier to remove by simply adding it to circulating water. Overspray mist is denatured to a non-sticky state and removed by flotation/sedimentation. In addition, to prevent water from rotting, the booth can be operated continuously without draining water, and by properly controlling the pH, corrosion of the iron parts of the water tank can be prevented.

■How to use

The standard amount of paint killer added is 0.3% of the amount of water (3 kg per 1000 liters of water). If you are using a pumpless booth PLB type, it is sufficient to pour a small amount of water near the serrated plate where the water is well stirred while the booth is running.

■Liquid concentration control

As the amount of overspray paint in the circulating water in the booth increases, the effectiveness of the paint killer will gradually decrease, so please replenish as follows.

■Management using pH test paper

When you dip a pH test paper (alizarin yellow) into the circulating water, it will show the pH value, so compare it with the attached standard discoloration table and replenish paint killer until the pH is 10.5 or higher.
