A louver is essential for exchanging air in air conditioning equipment. San-S Kogyo's high-speed waterproof louver boasts high drainage performance due to its wavy blades, and saves energy by reducing the coefficient of resistance.

■ Save energy by reducing ventilation resistance

Even if a louver has a large opening ratio, a louver with a complicated blade shape will create a lot of resistance and make it difficult for the air to flow. San-S Kogyo's high-speed waterproof louver reduces the resistance coefficient to less than 1/3 of that of conventional louvers by making the blades wave-shaped (streamlined). The conveyance power is reduced, resulting in energy savings compared to a louver of the same size. In addition, the effective opening ratio is large at 50%, and the natural ventilation force is high.

■Excellent draining performance even during stormy winds

Since the blades are vertical, there is no effect from wind direction (up, side, down, up). Even during rainstorms, it prevents rainwater from entering almost 100%. The surface of the blade is made uneven and uses the inertia of rainwater to collect water droplets on these uneven surfaces, making it possible to obtain high collection efficiency even at high speeds. Since there is no need for a weather cover, there are no protrusions from the exterior wall, so you can maintain the beautiful appearance.
