■Maximum payload 5kgBy placing the motors that drive the two arms below, we have reduced the weight of the joints.

■Self-maintenance possibleSome motors can be replaced by the customer. Reduces maintenance burden (cost and time) after installation.

■Customization possibleAt the time of purchase, the arm length can be customized to suit your application. (Reach length change 580mm, 780mm)

■Easy to control robot controllerMRC01 is a robot controller that can control robots equipped with the AZ series. The programming software MRC Studio (free) is so simple that even those with no robot control experience can master it right away.

The lineup also includes a robot controller unit that integrates the MRC01 and driver. It lowers the control hurdles when introducing robots and contributes to shortening start-up time.

■Adopts AZ series equipped with battery-less absolute sensorAdopts αSTEP AZ series (DC input) on all axes. Absolute method eliminates the need for external sensors, saves wiring, and eliminates battery management, reducing maintenance. DC input makes it easy to route the power line. It can flexibly respond to line installation and layout changes.
