Blower is used for local cooling because it narrows the discharge port and sends out air concentrated in a certain direction. In addition, because of its high static pressure, it is suitable for cooling equipment that has difficulty passing through, and for blowing air using ducts. It can also be used for applications that require suction/adsorption of workpieces.
■Spot cooling of workpiece
A blower with high static pressure is suitable for spray cooling on workpieces after heat treatment.
■Exhaust using ducts
It has high static pressure and is suitable for applications that use ducts to suck up dust from the air.
■Air volume adjustable (MB series variable speed type)
Fan speed can be changed using a variable resistor. The air volume can be easily adjusted, contributing to lower fan noise and energy savings. It also suppresses deterioration of bearings and extends their lifespan.
