■Propeller fan: For ventilation cooling, drying, and blowing air
A fan that uses blades (propellers) to generate wind in the direction of its rotation axis. Since it can obtain a large air volume, it is suitable for ventilation cooling that cools the entire inside of the equipment. We have a rich lineup to meet a variety of needs, including alarm functions and long life.
■Cooling of medium/low density mounting equipment
A propeller fan with a large air volume is suitable for ventilation and cooling inside electronic equipment.
■Cooling of high-density mounted equipment
When the air resistance inside the device is large, using a large fan with a large air volume and high static pressure will lead to energy savings and wiring savings, rather than using multiple small fans for cooling.
■Rotation drop alarm function (MRS series, MRE series)
If the rotation speed drops to 70% or less due to unforeseen circumstances such as the end of the fan motor's lifespan or contamination with foreign objects, the alarm output function will activate. This makes it possible to replace the fan before it completely stops.
■Variable speed operation using an inverter (MRS series, MRE series three-phase power input)
Three-phase power input products can adjust air volume through variable speed operation using an inverter. Ceramic ball bearings are used to suppress electrolytic corrosion of the bearings due to noise.
■Low noise, cost reduction, long life
By adjusting the air volume according to the situation, it is possible to reduce noise and save electricity. It also prevents bearing deterioration and extends the life of the fan.
