Torque motors have a large starting torque, high torque at low speeds, and low torque at high speeds (droop characteristics). ■Easy adjustment of motor torque

The TM series allows you to easily set and adjust the motor torque using the power controller's internal torque setting device.

■Simple system configuration

If high-precision control using a tension controller or servo motor is not required, tension adjustment can be achieved with a simple system configuration by using the TM series.

■Affordable price for starting simple winding and tension adjustment

You can configure a winding/tension adjustment system at a lower cost than a tension controller or servo motor.

■Three types of torque setting methods to suit your system

Torque can be set from the "internal torque setting device," "external torque setting device," and "external DC voltage." In the case of external DC voltage, it can be connected to a host PLC and controlled using DC voltage, contributing to automation. Two-step torque setting is also possible by switching between internal and external.

■Equipped with torque fine adjustment function

The actual motor output torque relative to the set value will vary slightly from motor to motor. The TM series power controller is equipped with a torque fine adjustment setting device (ADJUST function) to adjust this variation. When using multiple motors, such as during parallel operation, you can easily compensate for the torque difference between each motor.
