■Low speed/synchronous rotation
It rotates at low speed in exact synchronization with the power frequency. The rotation speed does not change even if the load changes.
・At 50Hz 60r/min (30r/min) *

■Continuous rated capacitor run motor
This is a capacitor run motor that can be easily driven with just a capacitor (SMK5□ also requires an external resistor). Can be driven at continuous rating even in forward and reverse directions.
■Excellent starting, stopping, and reversing characteristics
If the motor is within the permissible inertia load, the motor can start, stop, and rotate forward and reverse within 1.5 cycles of the power supply frequency (0.03 seconds at 50Hz, 0.025 seconds at 60Hz).
■Can also be applied to positioning.
The motor will stop simply by turning off the power. If the motor is within the allowable inertia load, it can be stopped within 10°. If you use a high-precision switch, you can perform simple positioning with high precision.
■Lowering operation is possible
It rotates at a constant speed even when it is lowered. It is also suitable for applications where you want to drive vertical motion at the same speed.
■Can also hold the load.
Ultra-low-speed synchronous motors have the same structure as stepping motors and use permanent magnets in their rotors, so they have a strong holding power even as they are. A large holding force can be utilized by using a gear head.
Higher holding torque can also be obtained by using a DC power supply.
■Double shaft type is also available as standard.
Convenient for installing clean dampers for vibration absorption, slit plates for origin finding, etc.
■Gear head can be used.
A gear shaft type that can be used with our standard low-noise GN type gearhead is also available. You can freely choose from 20 types of reduction ratios, and replacements are also possible.
*SMK0A-□ is a geared motor with a dedicated gear head and motor assembled. The gear head cannot be replaced.
