In addition to the low dust generation roller structure, the use of low dust generation clean grease has achieved a cleanliness level of ISO standard class 3 (equivalent to FED standard class 1).

■Uses low dust generation clean grease

Low dust generation clean grease is used for ball screws, guides, bearings, etc.

■Achieves class 3 cleanliness with low suction volume

For example, in the case of EZSM3, an internal suction rate of approximately 20ℓ/min or more enables cleanliness of ISO standard Class 3.
