■Stable movement with little speed unevenness even at low speeds

The microstep drive of a closed-loop stepper motor allows increased resolution without mechanical components such as reduction mechanisms. Therefore, even at low speeds (1.25mm/s), there is little speed variation and a constant speed is maintained.

■Small, high-thrust cylinder

This electric cylinder uses aluminum for the rod part and is small and lightweight, yet provides high thrust. The vibration suppressing structure improves acceleration characteristics and enables high-speed positioning operation.

■Lineup

In addition to the straight type, the EAC series is available in folded types. Furthermore, each type is available in three cylinder shapes: one without a shaft guide, one with a shaft guide, and one with a shaft guide cover.

■Equipped with battery-less absolute sensor

Equipped with a small battery-less mechanical absolute sensor (ABZO sensor). Contributes to improving productivity and reducing costs.

■Mechanical sensor

Retains location information even when power is off

■Multi-rotation absolute sensor

Absolute position of ±900 rotations (1800 rotations) of the motor shaft can be detected from the reference origin.

■No external sensor required

Since it is an absolute system, no origin sensor or limit sensor is required. ・High-speed return to origin + improved accuracy of return to origin ・Cost reduction ・Save wiring ・Not affected by external sensor malfunction

■Battery-less

Mechanical sensors do not require batteries. Position information is mechanically managed by ABZO sensors. ・No need to replace battery ・Free driver installation ・Safe overseas transportation

■ Simplify the main program with sequence function

The AZ series is equipped with a wealth of sequence functions such as linked operation, timer settings between operations, conditional branching, and loop operation. (Excluding some models) Settings can be made using support software MEXE02, simplifying the sequence program of the host system. ・Positioning operation data setting value (maximum 256 points) ・Number of general-purpose input/output points (10 input points, 6 output points) ・Number of input/output points for communication (16 input points, 16 output points)
