This is a flat truck made of ultra high molecular weight polyethylene. It is a flexible trolley that will not break or chip. They can be stacked, and the L-shaped protrusion on the back fits perfectly with the L-shaped concave on the loading surface, so they are stable and can be moved as they are.
There have been flat carts that can be stacked alternately, or that can be stacked by fitting the casters into recesses, but this is probably the first time that the main units can be fixed together when stacked.
