■About hot-dip galvanized angle flat trolley TWO-TOP1000U
This is a low-floor angle trolley with a small size of 450mm x 600mm. It uses durable urethane wheels. By using two units as a pair, it is possible to transport loads of 2,000 kg/2 tons.
Also, since you can only lift the loaded items using a hand pallet, you can pull out the cart and place the loaded items where you want them. The casters can also be easily replaced, so this trolley can be used for a long time.

■Durable and safe
This is a durable 30mm angle flat trolley with a thickness of 3mm.
■Hot-dip galvanized finish for perfect rust prevention measures
*Please note that hot-dip galvanizing is done by immersing it in a hot zinc bath, so there may be some deflection, but this will not affect the strength or use of the trolley.
■Uses urethane wheels for smooth transportation
It is no exaggeration to say that a trolley is determined by its casters. Equipped with durable 130mm urethane wheels, it can be used for a long time. *The 130mm wheels of TWO-TOP700 have more elasticity.
■Casters can be replaced
The casters are attached using M10 countersunk head screws (bolts) and nuts, making it easy to replace the casters in the unlikely event that they occur, ensuring long-term use.
■Specifications can be changed to include caster stoppers
Depending on the application, a model with a stopper to prevent the wheels from rotating may be useful.
■ Easy to carry
It weighs approximately 16.6kg, making it easy to carry. (*Compared to the wooden flat cart eb series, it has more weight.)
■2,000kg/2 tons when used as a pair
When transporting long items, etc., using two TWO-TOP1000U can support a load capacity of 2,000 kg/2 tons. If you use two TWO-TOP700s when loading long objects such as 3-shaku x 6-shaku (Saboku) sized plasterboard or light steel base material (LGS), and pull out the trolley using a hand pallet at the storage area. Transport efficiency will be greatly improved.
