About This Product

■About TWIN800This space-saving assembly trolley allows you to select casters depending on the location and purpose of use. This is a recommended trolley for transporting heavy, long objects, and construction materials that can be easily assembled with a 48.6Φ single pipe used for temporary scaffold assembly as on-site scaffolding pipes (round pipes, round pipes, steel pipes). Since it is an assembly trolley, it can be stored in a space-saving manner in the warehouse.

It is a type of trolley that can be used for a long period of time as it has a rust-proof design with a hot-dip galvanized finish (dobu-zuke) and the casters can be replaced.

By changing the length of the assembled single pipe, it is also possible to load long items. The minimum size is about 450 mm of single pipe, and it can be used as a trolley of about 450 mm x 1,125 mm, and the maximum is 5 m of single pipe, and it can load and transport long items of 6 to 8 m, measuring 5,000 mm x 1,125 mm. It will be a convenient trolley.

■It can pass anywhere with the minimum assembly size of 450mm x 1,122mm.By cutting the single pipes to be assembled short, it becomes a versatile trolley that can pass through even widths of at least 450 mm. This is possible because it is a caster with 4 swivel wheels.

We sell single tubes up to 3M as a separate option. The cutting fee is included, so we can cut it to the length you specify.

■Uses rubber wheels that are ideal for construction sitesRubber wheels are resilient and can be transported smoothly even on construction sites. The casters are safer because they have a double stopper that stops the caster rotation and the wheels at the same time.
