When attaching the stepped screw fixing heat sink to the board, you can prevent the board from warping by using it on the back side of the board.

■The following parts are assembled into the backing plate.

・M3 penetration standoff (2 or 4 locations) ・Insulating sheet (UL certified product. Polycarbonate film part: UL94 VTM-0, adhesive part: UL510FR)
