About This Product
■Thermal sheet/grease
It is used to fill in small gaps and unevenness on the contact surface between the heat sink and the heating element, and to efficiently transfer heat to the heat sink. Alpha has multiple thermal sheets in various sizes. Please select according to your usage.
■Specifications of phase change sheet
・When it reaches a certain temperature (approximately 50°), it softens and fills the air gap between the heat sink and the heating element.
- Demonstrates higher performance than gap filler and double-sided adhesive tape. Slightly sticky on both sides.
■Gap filler specifications
・Since the material is relatively thick and soft, it fills in relatively large irregularities between the heat sink and the heating element.
・It is also used when cooling multiple heat sources with one heat sink.
